i won't even need another routine scan as it stands bc the trajectory is so much better than expected there's no reason to believe i won't end up with basically normal or at least unremarkable bone density within another few years. i'm so happy

overall bone density increase of about 17% since 2020 and my hip + femur have both fully reversed from osteoporosis to osteopenia. i still have osteoporosis in the spine but it's improved from being REALLY bad by a whole standard deviation. they think i can probably make a full recovery
