Outside of Knowles and Hartlin, the rest of the coaching staff needs to be shook up in a major way for the Buckeyes to regain the advantage they had for decades.

Larry Johnson and Justin Frye are in charge of arguably the most important position groups on the team...and they are not in sync with the rest of the squad..LJ and Jim Knowles have openly called different games. Frye hasn't produced or targeted worthy prospects, frankly they do better in the NFL.

With OSU fans watching for their next HC...I think there's a bigger problem. OSU is a university built on tradition, as such it has an image to uphold, and that goes for football too. You have a lot of guys still in the program from the Urban days...and the end there wasn't pretty on the field.

Stefanski and Schwartz are fine. There's nothing they can do at this point to save this season. It doubly sucks there's nothing else to get either, as this is an old team with only a few rookies and young guys, but they though they could win.

Objectively, the team should be trying to lose games and get a higher draft pick. It's the only thing that will make the team better. It sucks to see, and it sucks to admit the season is wasted, but it needs to happen.
