Hi all, I know I never post but I was just wondering if anyone had ever done the English announcements for a Karate tourney? And do you have a script? I've been searching for a couple hours and Google is no help.

Here is the link to the show if you want to buy tickets - it's so wild, you'll want to watch it twice just so you can catch everything: res.cthearts.com/event/34:4923/
I would love to meet any theatre in translation friends while I'm there so if you're out there, please get in touch!
Front of the flyer for Kaso Jogi's "The Anonymous Monsters" which features a photo of the head and shoulders of a man wearing a porkpie hat and a Japanese traditional shirt, but his face is a paper mache balloon. The background is red and has strange kanji-like letters printed in black.
The back of the flyer for Kaso Jogi's "The Anonymous Monsters" - there is a bunch of text but the best part is the picture of a woman in a frog costume.
I translated this play from Japanese into English and it just had its preview show in Tokyo today. Looking forward to meeting lots of fans of Japanese weirdness at the Edinburgh Fringe Aug 18-24.
I would like to hear this hamburger steak rant
I would love an excuse to own one of those huge red bowls. I bet it’s great for making bread too.
Brutal. My kid's elementary school always scheduled an open house day for the one school day in the middle of Golden Week (just to make sure nobody took an extra long holiday? or maybe because it's easier for the parents to get time off?)
my kid's ballet teacher always told them not to eat bread during competitions because it "soaks up all your moisture like a sponge". not sure how true that is but everyone stuck to rice during competitions or risked her wrath lol
No actually it's a famous children's book illustrator - Yoshitake Shinsuke - I just happen to particularly resonate with this Line stamp he drew because my hair looks like that in the morning.
Hi everyone, I'm here!
