I can't speak with certainty to the women's costumes like Black Widow or Captain Marvel, but I wouldn't be surprised to know they did either.

Genuinely the only male one I can think of that I don't think has any type of padded or sculpted enhancements is maybe Punisher and Luke Cage. That's it.

All three Spidey's? Muscle padding
DCEU Batman/Superman/Aquaman/Shazam? Muscle padding
Captain America? Muscle padding

It's not a matter of how fit the actor gets. These costumes by their very nature tend to flatten you out. To get the exaggerated figures, most are at least padding chest/shoulders

The number of times I've seen people try to claim that Henry Cavill didn't wear a muscle suit as Superman is astounding. I can tell you with 100% certainty you are incorrect. I have handled said muscle suit. There's almost no Superhero characters whose costumes don't.

Binging campaign 2 of Critical Role, and I'm at February of 2020. Watching them inch closer and closer to Covid lockdown is giving me anxiety.
