I stated with some friends, I think she is a stronger character if she has more positive characteristics, putting her full trust & faith in the Stunticons like we see in the Cartoon & Marvel. It makes her an interesting foil to, Megatron, Optimus, & Silverbolt. (& even Hot Rod if you stretch it.)

Motormaster is not written at all like her description in Marvel or Dreamwave profile so but she's better for it. She is so supportive of her Stunticons!!!!

I need to finish that fic of Blitzwing seeing Astrotrain in battle the first time, using his alt modes in smart ways to confuse & destroy the Autobots they're fighting then get gay feelings about it.

I want Octane to steal or get something from a shady place as a gift for Sandstorm. Like, he visits him randomly -- throws it over to him and Sandstorm is just. "Hey buddy, where did you get this?" and Octane is just "Don't worry about it."

Sandstorm trying to save Octane, for no reason other than a promise to protect him is (in my delusions) why Octane gets attached to him. Usually there is a price to be paid.

Because of this, Octane doesn't hide that Sandstorm is his friend and that's why he's there. There is no shame.

I am still thinking of that tumblr post that talks about how Hot Rod/Rodimus in the Movie was heavily coded to be gay (color scheme, his personality & more) so that was why the people hated him. (He was right.)

I do think he does work hard & is very capable at his jobs he picks up, but he often has bad judgment/spending practices & he often (understandably) quits when things get too weird/wild/dangerous. (aka why he rebelled with Galvatron's instability.) so it leaves him bouncing from job to job.

I like to believe that Octane was getting catfished by that big titty Arcee, and if his ship didn't blow up he would have transferred a lot of his shanix to the scam artist. Octane's luck is always seemingly bad but in ways that it somehow works out in the end.

that being said blitzwing is old as balls. I am unmoving on this. He just got a forced shut down for being defective & reactivated unintentionally by someone (probably shockwave) when the war started. lmfao That is my delusion, you cannot take my overcharge/quintesson drone backstory away from me.

on a serious note I just assumed that he was an older model in the way the rest of the autobots & decepticons were because he traveled to Earth. So we have that gap on cybertron ( & other planets ) kept producing more robots while if you look at anyone who was on Earth you go [point] OLDER MODEL.

Plus it's funny to imagine Octane asking Astrotrain if he's an older model & Astrotrain who is old as hell is just "yeah" not even paying attention then Octane is AAAAAAAAAAAAA in response while Astrotrain is just "?????"

I am always in debate of how old Octane is by Cybertronian standards, because he gets offended at being called an 'older model' so half of me wonders if he is going through the robot equivalent of twink death but is in denial about it.

(due to us only seeing these 2 in 2 episodes... I find it kinda 'funny' that we don't really see sandstorm interact with other autobot after his debut episode & instead chooses to hang with octane. it implies to me he feels incredibly awkward & out of place on cybertron due to different origins... )

I do lean with sandstorm is passive aggressive & rude, but I always thought he felt sorry for octane because he saw someone without a home to return to with him being chased out of the decepticons... which hits something personal for him.

also the whole conversation at the space diner, he seems legitimately invested & wants to make octane feel better too. ('that's his tough luck because i'm going to keep you around' & when octane gets a darker/more threatening voice, sandstorm's response is 'you'll be safe on cybetrron.' )

aka octane is having fun & cheered up, where he gets confirmation that he is physically okay. (Also it changes if you think Sandstorm was hit by the lasers of the Combaticons imo... because I do hear an 'ouch' before they escape with teasing towards him.)

then octane starts hearing noises (that sandstorm doesn't hear) then pushes the (physical) repairs again. (before mentioning octane is an older model to take it easier... which octane gets offended by lmfao so they start racing.) Which I think in a way gives Sandstorm what he wants?
