I think the thing that offends me the most about splatoon 3's patches is that the developers keep attacking degenerate playstyles that only exist because of their own failures.

"l3 is being used to spam specials" no shit. you buffed hammer in the dumbest way possible and all l3 can do is paint.

Its funny seeing mainline discussion still think motion controls are bad meanwhile the splatoon devs are like yeah they got so broken we have to nerf the hitboxes.

I’ve seen a lot of communities fall into the same mindsets whenever situations like this happen :le “believe the victim” vs. “innocent until proven guilty.” Both are very important but when either is treated as absolute, it becomes harmful for both sides.

It'd be fire to have one that's like wikipedia where people can support the games they like and help others who haven't played the games simultaneously

I don't know how other people feel about it, but regardless of the situation as a whole, I definitely think that your absence has been felt through the entire community.
