I’ve stuck with Pevear and Volokhonsky (have read 5 of theirs), but the only other translation I’ve read is Crime and Punishment by Constance Garnett. So I might not be the best to answer. But I will finish Dostoevsky’s works with the P&V translations.
Zac Kristofak is a great guy. Loved introducing as the PA announcer when he was with the Orem Owlz in rookie league back in 2019. As he approached the mound, he’d write his mom’s initials or ‘mom’ into the dirt. Rooting for his success! ⚾️🥲
