It has a beach, it‘s very walkable (there’s a functional bus line tho!) and inspired by Quebec / European architecture

Each career has several separate jobs and progression is not linear (eg a waiter doesn’t become a chef but a better paid waiter). For some jobs you can do them at different workplaces with different conditions
