Im especially angry because I put in the description the nose and fur was restored (even comparing it to my personal plush it was soft). I had almost kept it to dye it, but I felt selfish doing so. I should have. :)

Since it was a total custom and they were a HEAD MOD who did animations for certain pets, I assumed with how much I paid I'd get the animations. Nope. And to make it worse, the color change was an obvious poorly done flood fill of the existing colors. Couldn't even lock the layer to recolor it.

Like if I had known I would have asked for the OC to be a complete custom and not based on the website.

Vague-ish but I still can't get over the one CS community that had the audacity to charge a ton for special customs...only to turn around 2-3 months later and completely close the website.

The owner really came off as a scammer with that move. ._.
