I love the different patterns of the rock walls, vertical planks and window panes. The shutters protected the wood behind them as long as they could. Great shot!

Didn’t plan on this developing this way but this is one of those planter saucers we put water in with rocks so the birds and insects have a place to light or crawl out on. The saucer is hard to get to so I just kept adding water to it all summer.

It looks like the trees in the 4th shot have circled up to protect the little one in the middle.

This is the mint bush that just started growing 10-15 years ago at the base of the stairs into the back yard. It started flowering a week or so ago - the bees seem to like it so I leave it alone.
