I have woken up migraine free and I cannot tell you how bloody good that feels! Especially as I have a 12 hour tour booked today

Yesterday was amazing. Today is the worst. I’ve had a migraine since I woke up and made it out of the hotel at 3.30 to get some McDonald’s for late lunch.
Can’t even remember how many ibuprofen I’ve taken or when 😩

Had the most perfect weather! It hammered down rain in the morning but when we reached the scenic spots it was lovely and at Milford Sound the rain had made plenty of waterfalls 😍

Been out of range most of the day but who needs internet when you have the beauty of Milford Sound??? 🇳🇿🏔️⛰️

I had breakfast at the Ferg bar this morning. Bakery queue was too long and I wanted to sit down

This is my one big splurge meal for the trip! I deserved one
