Very simply a high amount of BCAA proteins and fiber daily will help significantly in neurological function. My genetic epilepsy is stress based. Both mental & physical essentially my brain is always having a seizure even when I am not showing, it burns calories & nutrients, it's why I heal fast.

Because of the severity of my epilepsy I wasn't expected to be alive or cognitive past 27, I am 33 now. Not just that my memory & cognitive function is phenomenal considering I have had a significant amount of seizures. I keep up with my diet whenever I can, when I can't I do as best as I can.

More importantly it was the high BCAA proteins that really boosted my seizure tolerance, so I studied which proteins have the highest rate of BCAA and it was whey and Brown rice protein Isolate or concentrate. But Brown Rice was significantly higher than even whey.

I discovered my epilepsy diet by being on the ketogenic diet, at first the keto diet worked then it started to make my liver and kidney to fail and then since my epilepsy is genetic the stress made my epilepsy worse. Essentially I noticed that it was the high protein not the keto diet.

I've been studied by USC Keck trust my Epilepsy Diet works so profoundly that they recommend it for dementia & Alzheimer's. I was one of the first studied for cannabis oil treatment for my epilepsy, one of the first to get genetic tested & confirmed for my epilepsy. Say whatever you want troll.

What I do to save money is I balance my diet & the cannabis oil I barely can afford about 300-400mg a day, and my epilepsy diet is really bad just rice protein & hot dogs & tuna sandwiches & beans pretty much. Haven't had a burger or real pizza in like 6+ months always thinking of it 🤤.

Cannabis oil prevents my seizures all together if I had 1500mg of full spectrum Cannabis Oil daily, I don't even need my epilepsy diet to keep my epilepsy in control. In California after prop 64 if you buy more than 8 grams of Cannabis Oil, or 27 grams of flower a month you lose your food stamps.

I need specific protein, sprouted brown rice protein is pretty much all BCAA compared to other proteins. I intake about 100 grams of protein just from rice daily, and then eat another 30-90+ grams of protein & 2500+ calories a day to stop my seizures. I have a severe deadly genetic epilepsy.

I am disabled to, I have a well documented genetic epilepsy, they took my food stamps & GR because I have to go to the legal dispensary after prop 64. AI background checks pretty much made finding work impossible I get no call backs anymore. I need 130+ grams of protein a day for my Epilepsy diet.

Trust I live in LA I can get 3lbs of Rice Protein for $25 on prime, in store no matter where you go your going to be pay $40+ for that same amount even the same brand if it's in store. You have no idea how the real world works and are lost in your own world. Thinking that your way is the only way.
