We reserved this DISABILITY ROOM on the FIRST FLOOR because we have a friend with mobility issues” “and motion sickness, so stairs and elevators are both bad. And we had to complain enough to even get another disability room. And this one is on the 9th floor. And has no shower seat.” “Also the other room is on the other side of the building. So we had to take the elevator that causes motion sickness up 7 floors and then walk all the way to the other side.”
