The effects of Post covid. And unfortunately the standard advice of melatonine and such. I obviously don't know if this is the same in your case. But it might be worth looking into.

Your body is still in chaos stress mode at the end of the day. Which has a massive impact on sleep. Which reinvorces that circle, because you wake up even more tired the next day. As far as I know, there isnt a simple solution. For me its regulating my energy levels throug out the day, to minimaze

For example, going for a walk can make your body react as if it has to run a marathon. This also happends with mental stress. Something that would be a bit of stress, getting to the grocery store in time, can cause an extreme reaction. The body is not regulating well and as a result

Hey Christina, I am someone who copes with Post Covid. I don't know if you have ever looked into that before? But sleeping problems is part of that. You can probably look up better explanations on the internet. But the jist of it is that your body has an 'extreme' reaction to normal things.
