Seriously!! Western Christian intruders are the original reason for homophobia in so many places

It makes me so mad to see governments use an excuse like humanitarian values are inherently "western". Those shouldn't be credited to the damn global west when they're base human principles.... It's not owned by the west nor an excuse. Ugh

It's good to have some on display visibly to lure people in! Committing to opening a print book is surprisingly much to ask, i suppose. It's a shame bc there might be good stuff but it'd also take forever to really look into every single vendor's catalogue. I definitely get lured in by seeing

That's true and thoughtful/inclusive of you! I think the most common setup is 2 rows on both sides and 1-2 rows up, and maybe a print example book on the table could help if not able to look up? It's a lot of added work though, but just as an idea.

Yeah my friends have those crazy setups where you can see the prints without browsing a book, but i know from helping it's a real bother to lug around and set up. And it might be different here, bc you can't really get much merch locally so the artist market at cons is relatively big.

Small, low priced things that don't have shippy stuff on it - i like ships, just don't want any stuff around since i don't want to explain it lol. Mostly of chars i like, especially if the design has a novel idea. My friends sell a lot of prints at cons, but I don't know if that's common elsewhere
