New week new cast on! This will be a cardigan. I’m knitting it with Encore Tweed in Deepest Mauve or Deepest Midnight. Colorway is 9960 and at some point the name seems to have changed. It is a very dark purple. I won a sweater quantity at one of my knitting group’s retreat. Pattern: Pass the Honey

Row 1: k1, p1 to the end of the row

Repeat rows 1 and 2 until 1x1 ribbing measures 1”.
Seed Stitch:
K1, p1 every row
Aw man. If it helps, to make it ribbed, you would knit the knits and purl the purls when you turn your work.
It looks like seed stitch. So I would keep going. Seed stitch is k1,p1 every row across an odd number of stitches. I think you’re doing it right! 👍🏻

I tried something new. I’ve never had quinoa before so I tried this quinoa and spinach stuffed peppers with cashew cream recipe. It turned o it good! My kids were kind of underwhelmed, but they ate at least some of it. I will make this again.
Mine is not quite that extensive, but I do have bins of yarn in my storage unit. 🤭

I made this shawl for my grandma for her 97th birthday. It turned out to be her last. So now I have the shawl back. I wear it on March 17th and/or 18th for St. Patrick’s Day and also her birthday (the 18th).
