We are back to the phrase 'war torn' which doesn't appear in any of the international legislation. A person can be at risk in ANY country from things like organised crime. The proof is in the process not the bias.

Last time I went into a Subway they didn't know what 'gluten' was!

Also if they follow orders that break the US constitution and/or international law they will face personal consequences.

Yeah Barley is an instant trigger for me. Also have a look in Coop as they do a white sourdough which does not affect me and it's miles better than the carpet tiles they pass off a GF bread.

They all contain wheat flour but the slow proving from a real sourdough starter breaks down most/all of the gluten. I'm in the UK so I have sourdough from Aldi. No yeast. Avoid sourdough that has Barley as this can cause problems. It's a bit trial & error tbh. If you are coeliac it is not an option.

Pasta is a lot better than it was 10 years ago. Look into proper sourdough bread as that suits gluten intolerant folk like me, but not always. Check it's proper sourdough - if it lists yeast as an ingredient it is not sourdough. Good luck.

Yeah it takes a bit to get used too. My advice, stay clear of GF free products as much as possible. Eat things that are naturally GF.....chicken, rice, veg etc etc.

Fotmob has Haaland as motm. I thought Silva was immense and easily the player that should've won it.

I'm pretty sure in the UK the notes are signed by the chief cashier not the chancellor of the exchequer....

Political commentator Marina Purkiss: β€œI am a person that was raised a Catholic. I did all the sacraments. I read the book, you know.

I lost my faith, but I still find that deeply, deeply offensive. The picture is blasphemous β€” that in itself is the breaking of a commandment”

Not sure. From that decade as a working class person, I thought, most believed it would be 'just' adequate. Different times and expectations. Money should have actually been set aside not spent at the time. But then who would've elected anyone suggesting this?

That's a tough argument. The French are more generous but they're only going to be using taxes to fund pensions if they don't change things. Need to have proper state pensions that are actually set aside & invested. Too much political short termism & they want short term popular things to say/fund.

This is so true. Frozen is better than fresh and canned still has all the fibre and nutrients. Healthy eating can be simple and cheap until the marketing companies take over, as they need you to spend more not less.

For translation garbanzo are chicken peas to some. But great idea! Do you heat them, any spices involved? Whole grain rice. πŸ‘
