I've just been under way too much stress this week and ig that was the tipping point for my body cuz it has always been bad but it really went to shift after stuff happened.

with everything done they told me that I just have to be careful cuz being under so much continuous stress caused my heart and lungs to start working on overdrive and thus the heart attack scare.

BUT ITS OKAY.
