It occurs to me that it is either the State or the Municipality that control road maintenance in and around Portland. Emergency road repairs around Federal facilities would be a great way to control or restrict traffic around Federal facilities. Dig up the roads and ICE isn’t going anywhere

I think the calls to abolish ICE fail to acknowledge the reality that the US needs someone to track down and capture wanted illegal immigrants. Instead, disarm ICE. Take away the guns, the masks, the camouflage. Take away their bonuses. Make them dependent on local law enforcement to makearrests
