Took my first bike ride after my wreck. Not going to lie, I was a little shaky; I deliberately went to the site of said wreck on my ride to challenge my yips. It went well! It was a short ride because I didn't want to push my shoulder, but I'm not in pain now that I'm back.

Congratulations. I hope each ride gets a little easier, until you're back to normal.

Everyone loves these cowboy shows now, but why aren't the cowboys fighting ICE?

I like San Pellegrino. Still water just isn't as refreshing to me anymore, I need a little sparkle. Pellegrino is the perfect amount of sparkle...

If people can't stop for ambulances anymore we truly are in hell.

🫤 where are y'all going that an ambulance is less important?

“The wrongs which we seek to condemn and punish have been so calculated, so malignant and so devastating that civilization cannot tolerate their being ignored because it cannot survive their being repeated.”

Nobody really wanted RFK JR. hanging out with them on Epstein's island, but he was the only one who would eat the baby pieces everyone else had left behind, kinda like that alky who helps clear up the half-empty party beers the next morning.

Making our communities cleaner & healthier shouldn’t be a partisan issue.

Great to attend Worcester Regional Environmental Council’s 36th annual Earth Day Cleanup Kickoff! Everyone deserves a clean & healthy place to live, work and play—I’m so thankful for the volunteers cleaning up our city!

Don’t forget that Trump threatened to wipe out an entire civilization in Iran.

Congress has tools to rein in this president.

But nothing will happen until Republicans grow a spine and work with Democrats to stand up to him.

What are we ready to do if they cheat in the midterms and we don't flip Congress? That is the only way it doesn't happen. When they cheat, what are we willing to do?

We've all seen the videos of ICE pulling people out of their cars, shooting citizens with pepper balls, and even worse killing Americans in the streets.

This is not normal. And it cannot continue.

ICE needs commonsense guardrails NOW.

We need a lot less of all of these private schools and more free public child care, kindergartners, grade schools, high schools and universities, a less costly military & more free education!

An official NASA portrait of astronaut Sunita Williams wearing a full white Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit. The bulky suit displays an American flag patch on the left shoulder, a mission patch on the right, and various controls on the chest pack; she holds the gold-visored helmet. With long dark hair framing her smiling face, she poses confidently in front of a large draped American flag against a cloudy Earth-toned backdrop, symbolizing American space exploration.

A color photograph of NASA astronaut Sunita Williams captured mid-stride running on a treadmill in zero gravity, secured by a white harness and bungee cords attached to her waist and shoulders. She wears a navy blue sleeveless top and shorts, athletic shoes, and gray socks, with her curly dark hair floating weightlessly. The busy ISS module around her features blue handrails, equipment racks, cables, monitors, and various floating items.

"The average IQ in Somalia hovers around 70, and that's the threshold for mentally handicapped ... they're a net drain on the society" -- even by MAGA standards, the unvarnished racism of this interview of Rep. Brandon Gill by Benny Johnson is breathtaking

I'm glad I'm old enough to remember the days before UPCs and barcodes. Heck we had one grocery store in town that you wrote prices on the items as you shopped. Wax pencils provided by the store

I hate when people feel like they gotta get American names. If they can say Roethlisberger, they can say Adebayo.

Stop shopping at Amazon. Do not give your money to a soulless company that can't bother to take care of its own employees.

Are we going to wake up and see that robots are going to replace us? It's not that far off now. The creepy machines running the half marathon in China shows how close they are.

It's not, but how long has America not been normal and we just didn't see it?

If you are the sort of driver who will use your car as a threat to bully a parent w/ 2 young kids across the crosswalk faster… you shouldn’t have access to a car.

We had a walk sign & were not walking slowly. The driver stared at me impatiently & drove toward us aggressively enough …
