Is it just me or has this week been rough for sleeping? No matter what I do and try I can’t stay asleep throughout the night

It is currently 2am on Sunday, Saturday morning I went to Patient First. Tests were done, all came back negative. Currently in the ER because I was not getting better and I got more ill. They gave me some medicine and had chest X-rays, hope they can figure this out.
