Had a minor operation today to sort out an ingrown toenail, and it was a success!

Big milestone for me today, I was lead technician for the 2nd stage of a small folk festival we hosted at the library.
I set up the stage, did sound checks for all the acts, mixed it live, the whole 9 yards—finally putting my degree to good use!

The downside - there’s no money in it. 90% of people—myself included—are employed part time, minimum wage. My work bestie had to quit because she couldn’t afford to keep working there. We’re constantly understaffed and overworked, and we’re fighting to not have our funding cut.
