The Publisher/Developer tried to appeal in Aug 2005, but the original ruling was kept, and all the games for the PS2 and Xbox were deemed CP, recalled and destroyed.

The developers would later make a new version with verified 18yr olds for DVD only

Actually Robin, as of Jan 2005, the console versions of The Guy Game can be considered illegal in the United States.
