If Barry had to fight 100 duck sized Ange Postecoglou's or One Ange Postecoglou's sized Duck. Which would he choose and why? @barryglendenning.bsky.social

If Eustace manages to keep Derby up then I'd put money on them finishing higher than #Rovers next season.

Whatever his reasons it's done now. No point dwelling on it and don't see any value in wishing him ill. Lifes too short for that nonsense

Managers/players come and go. Theres no real loyalty in modern football. It's the same as other industries but with a smaller window of time to make a living. Imagine being mad about the manager of Tesco leaving to join Sainsburys because the higher ups at Tesco were a bunch of muppets. #Rovers

A club truly being run by Cowboys and Indians #Rovers

And probably overachieving to be considered the almost men. If he leaves for personal/family reasons I'd have no problem at all. Otherwise it's just a complete shame. He's worked wonders on a limited budget compared to many that came before him.

Ya I wouldn't begrudge him on family reasons at all. He's worked miracles with us and if he leaves I wish him the best. Just a terrible reflection on the club if it's for other reasons.

Would generally agree as it may be a better option than an outside recruitment but it would be made purely for financial reasons. The amount of players on loan and out of contract in the summer is a major worry.

Heard you on John Holl's podcast. Definitely a book I'll be picking up.

Could see them putting Damien Johnson in charge until the summer. They'll likely say it's for continuity, but it'll be purely for financial reasons #Rovers

If Eustace does see Derby as a better project then it will truly shine a spotlight on the clowns behind the scenes at #Rovers

Players in but can't say the manager has been properly backed. The team is overachieving but probably not good enough for top 6 over the course of the season. The most worrying thing to me is the amount of players coming to the end of contracts #Rovers
