Well, if you've never heard of Military History, or at least the Military History of the 20th Century, and are a performative, stupid asshole besides, it makes sense. As a former DoD civ and Army guy, I know the 1918 pandemic started at Fort Reilly, Kansas, and killed more soldiers than the Germans.

In general: Disease killed more combatants of every major army through history than generally are believed to have died in armed conflict, pretty much until the mid-20th century. These are not conservatives, they want to retard progress back to the early 19th century, regardless of how stupid.
