You can make crackers out of cottage cheese.
1 spoonful cottage cheese on a piece of parchment (it will spread a lot)
Your favorite seasoning
Microwave on full power until golden brown spots appear and cracker seems dry
Wait a little to cool and peel off parchment paper
Crispy, crunchy!
