Someone on the IC9700 groups.io posted the same in 2025, but no fix. Anyone know how to fix this? Otherwise do @icomuk.bsky.social do repairs and who do I contact?
HELP!! while fitting an SDR board to my @icomuk.bsky.social IC9700, It seems to have bricked itself. Apply power and the green Power light comes on followed shortly brother red TX/RX light. Can't do a full factory reset as per the manual. No response. 1/2

However its reinvented itself as a somewhat middle class artisan town.
And to be fair, it makes it a nice place for a day trip... but expensive.

Last week with the support of @goonhilly.org the UK ARISS team assembled and installed a new HamTV ground station to Cornwall to provide downlink for the School Contact at the Simon Langton Grammar School this coming Monday.
This afternoon it provided first AoS of the HDMI Camera test!
I remember my father's from the 70s, if he dropped it on a concrete floor, the sound was similar to dropping a steel pipe

Anyone on here from (say, Icom) know if these DXpeditions have to return their sponsor's rigs and antennas, or do they keep them for free?
I can understand charging for postage of a paper card, but charging for lotw, is just pure gouging isn't it?
