it rly feels like socmed is just trying to smother every attempt of making blog like posts and whatnot. i dont feel like the solution to wanting to make non art or professional posts have to involve private or alt accounts but here we are i guess?

idk i just havent seen much ppl bring up the fact that theres so much smaller accs that gets way more views now and thats good and all but it feels like unless ur a content machine or u do nsfw, main acc with bigger followings but somewhat inactive are pretty much cooked

twit but the idea of awful algo just makes me feel like then what is the point of using a main account if youre just driving ur reach to 0? like if visibility was gonna be more on a smaller account then it feels more worth it to make another alt than posting on main tbh

im not even that active rn but even i can see how the engagement has been totally botched in favor of boosting a specific type of acc, its crazy to see people i know with so much following just getting 0 traction p much
