Stayed up too late painting something I don't like again 🙃

This is what happens when you only use your own hands as reference

Man hands, wtf

I watched a video about how the brain reads
Saw a snipet about how eyes work
Now I understand why thumbnails are so important

I am, however, struggling

I'm doin the work, fam, and it's looking good

My art style is "I can fix this later...ok I've stopped caring"

There's still leftover paint on my palette tho...

I used the bleed through of a marker drawing (and my memory of the ref) as a guide for a loose gouache sketch because the leftover paint on my palette was the perfect color and it was a fun little exercise with very little pressure

I have ideas for the next prompt but the workkkk 😭

At some point I'll just stop using oil paint because I'll run out of white and the big tube is like $40

I miss my Twitch friends but getting my ancient computer set up to stream again is a daunting task

Deciding what to paint is the least fun part 🙃

Putting down a funky underpainting is possibly the most fun part of a painting
