I have not noticed this phenomenon.
With ongoing, credible litigation about executive branch abuse of power—such as deporting accused people without due process—the judicial move is to stop it unless a court finds it legal.
But this Supreme Court majority decided, without explanation, that the abuse must be allowed to continue. Again.
3 years ago today SCOTUS overturned Roe. They took away a right that gave women autonomy and spared millions of children from being born into trauma, neglect, or systems that fail them.
This was never about protecting life. It was about power.

The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
The time is now to #ground and be ready to act proactively, not react, shut down, or fixate on things beyond our control.
