This has been what I've been working on for awhile. Hard to believe at a glance, but it will likely be the most work I'll ever put into something. Thanks to everyone that supported me through its development. Both directly with their work and in my life generally.
One week until April 1st 💎
Oh nah, I think there is lots to criticize. I just have little faith in the resistance to this type of stuff. I’ve been seeing so much AI adoption happening all around me and then this thing drops. Too much is going to change in the next 10 years and I don’t see a way out.
Totally agree, am not dismissing any criticism. I was thrown off initially by the over-the-top jokes about it. When I looked at the source videos/info the tech seemed much more practical which is what concerns me. Maybe I don’t know what clowning means…
I certainly hope it goes like how you think. I believed the same, until I saw this…
Nothing wrong with the clowning, I guess it just doesn’t get me in the goofing meme type mood.
Sure, but if this sort of hardware becomes standard then there won’t be an original scene to ruin. Companies will just save money and pay less artists in favor of fiddling with the the settings.
This will save money on the art budget so it will be used at large companies regardless of player taste. If it becomes standard in the hardware ecosystem (a console ships with the hardware) then there will be games targeting it exclusively to save money on their bottom line. 5-10 years from now…
I see a lot of people clowning on this, but it sure sounds like its tune-able. This isn't a face swap or overlay. It seems like its working off the models, textures and shaders that are already fed in. I want to be pumped about this, but this feels like its gonna rock the industry.
If this is real it will be integrated into every AAA game and gamers will turn it on. I'll be looking into the details as they come out, but so far it sure looks like companies may start investing less in graphical polish...

Astrobot thanked me for playing after completing a level and it hit me hard. We should thank players like this more I think…
I’m hoping for an operational toilet personally 🤞
Pretending takes imagination!
I've always heard that folks put on a video while they work. I've tried it myself, but always found I could never be in the zone. I can only achieve high productivity with familiar music. I've also heard of folks listening to books/podcasts while working... do these people have multiple cores?
I knew I could get this faster…
Coming from Florida, hopefully its similar 😅
Omg this is sick, Grats!
This sort of thing is super fascinating to me. That’s also about how long it took for Square to make FF7 once they pivoted to targeting PlayStation. It’s gotta be some combination of devs leaning in and teams gelling super well.
Hopefully I made this card properly… hopefully people still want cards… see ya at @bitsummit.bsky.social !
I spy a @raiganburns.bsky.social 👀
I was not previously familiar with this 🤣
Has anyone ever tried to build a company with only people with the same first and last name?
What do butterflies do? Flutter? We could post a flut…
Usually I flick off visual studio when it completely freezes for a few seconds and it recovers. Now I'm... wait this can't be right... Now I'm "skeeting" about it because it's taking too long to recover. Oh okay, it's not an official term for posting on here at least.
I am now officially going to BitSummit!
If I don’t look it will be fine I think…
Idk, seems like that could be another mistake…
Oh no, I've made a huge mistake...
A day late...
