Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I am in urgent need of assistance. As a transgender individual, I am currently experiencing severe pain due to a medical condition, and I need a hemorrhoidectomy. The pain is unbearable, and I don’t have the funds to cover the surgery at this time.
I don’t know if anyone truly understands what it means to being an LGBTQ+ person. people mistake my identity as sinful, but I’ve learned that it’s my inner being—the essence of who I am

I know, it’s incredibly hard here. Life is a constant struggle, to the point where we sometimes go without food. The vulnerability we face as transgender individuals makes survival even more difficult, and any support is truly a lifeline.
