All I wanted this morning was a coffee and 5mins to warm up to start the day but instead I had to fix a coffee machine and sort a leak and by the time I got back my coffee was cold and there was a queue 😭 Finally made a fresh one so going to take 2 and start again!

Why do old people insist on standing as close to you as physically possible 🙃 Was filling some condiments up this morning and someone was SOOO close to me! Like what do you want??? You standing this close isn't going to make it go quicker if anything I'll take longer now ;3;

Hurrrrr, the pole choreo last night was sooooo fast but also so much fun! Actually feeling somewhat slightly recharged again today. Sometimes just being in the studio with other people and just dancing around for an hour does great things for the brain! ✌️

Alsoooooooo, I got the photos through from the photoshoot I did a couple of weeks back and I've now gotta reassure myself that I am in fact a baddie and hot and I was correct in my outfit choices even if one of them didn't leave a lot to the imagination... 😅

Don't sell yourself short if there's a market out there. If you're set on charging that price I'd fine with 10/15min shoot with maybe 2 edited photos and then any extra edits can be charged per photo as that's what's going to take the longest. Don't want to swap yourself with like 20 edits for £20

I tend to find with the shoots I've done that you'll pay a flat rate of like £x for the shoot and X edited photos. Then can pay additionally for extra ones.
The last one I did was £100 for 30mins and 5 edits, then an additional maybe £20 per edit after that?

It very much comes down to how the milk is frothed. Also oat and soya are waaaay harder than just normal whole milk. When it clicks it will click though :3

I've unintentionally had a mini break from pole and have only been doing home classes for a few weeks, which should mean I'd feel a bit more rested but somehow I'm even more tired now lol. Looking forward to getting back to more studio classes again this month 💪
