Run Lola Run is pretty fun if you haven't, and I think is technically a thriller

A screengrab of an anonymous confession post coincidentally sitting above the request for studies. The confession regards whether sniffing a cats bum increases bonding with a human or not

The point is that these centrist people are either part of the political power mechanic, or its target market. That they, even at the point of their 'road to damascus' conversion, are far more concerned with how they are perceived rather than outraged and agitating 'within' for change is telling

Thirdly whether public figures or not (self labelled) 'centrists' will react in exactly the same way to the next awful thing. There will be no introspection, and just as much outrage that the protests which occaisonally disrupt their shopping experience are as terrible and pointless as the last time

Secondly, usually the tone is self-centering (mostly wanting praise) and full of equivocations. I accept children are being starved and sometimes shot, but some are probably accidents and what about the realpolitik angle?! And what do you want me to do about it anyway? It's not my fault! me me me me

Firstly I think that for public/famous people (esp politicians) it often seems a calculated transition made when they feel it's 'safe' or relatively uncontroversial for them. It's that they are not making a decision based on morals, and seem incapable of being concilliatory towards those that have

The radar colour scheme used on the beta bom site is a bit more soothing, which I find helpful at times like these

does that mean it's really just 129 more votes for her rather than him that are needed now? I am not great at maths, but that's right, right?

Ok I get you, that makes sense. Thanks.

I get what you mean about the similarities with Logan's Run for sure. What do you mean by 'response to' though with star wars? Not arguing or disagreeing, just not sure what you mean with that bit is all. Dystopia vs good guys win?

Thanks for the info. Sad but not surprising, looked a bit too good to be true. Ah well, back to the good old list it and hope methods. Good luck to you!

This is like saying 'I really loved watching nuclear bombs explode, but only before Trinity'

It is still quite dystopic that you can only pick one of booze, gambling, or fast food to opt out of at a time though. That's pretty depressing

Also be careful using the paths that you have in your blogpost. Many services don't work that well if their root url is a subpath - or at least it involves fiddling around in configs in both rev proxy and services. I ended up just using subdomains, much easier - no mucking around, just works etc
