This! I LOVED dancing school. For so many reasons. Very few schools had national competition teams. Now just about all of them do.

It saddens me seeing how the fun has been sucked out of Dancing for these kids too.

The problem is fewer kids are playing in their ‘local’ neighborhood leagues like that cuz they’re doing travel ball instead.

The number of kids who USED to play travel ball was minuscule. Now it’s this huge business!
