2-1 win, Solanke

Excellent from Nick, the fans deserve an honest explanation of events at the very least
Spurs' great captain, Danny Blanchflower, born 100 yrs ago today. Tonight, against Newcastle, we'd do well to recall his words: "The game is about glory, it is about doing things in style and with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom". #COYS
I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Today Spurs are commemorating the 125th anniversary of becoming the first (and probably last) non-league team to win the FA Cup. As you say, with only two FL divisions the gap was much smaller. A few Scots in that team, helping to break the professional northern domination of the cup.
Good to see Spurs commemorating the 125th anniversary of the 1901 FA Cup win. An excellent piece on the website and the pin badge and special kit are a nice touch. All this could of course be properly detailed and celebrated in the club museum we were promised would be part of the new stadium.
Lovely tribute to Big Chiv Danny. Going to WHL as a young lad I learned a good few swear words from those older supporters criticising him. A wonderful player though. Also made the Muani/Werner comparison last night.
Very sad to hear of the passing of one of my childhood heroes, Martin Chivers. A wonderful player, one of the best strikers in Europe in the early seventies and in later years a great ambassador for Tottenham. RIP Big Chiv.
That’s harsh on Cardiff, they’ve been excellent tonight.
Really enjoyable listen. Great to see Ben Davies getting the love, well said on the flag issue and thanks to Jay for the background on the Kudus celebration and for the book recommendation.
Always enjoy Slaven Bilić as a pundit.
Alan, @spursblogger, always seems to brilliantly articulate how I feel much of the time when it comes to our beloved Tottenham. This particularly resonates.

This is just shocking. Absolutely crass and shameless. And people genuinely wonder why Liverpool fans detest every touchstone of the British establishment.
The only bit of the statement that is true: 'They (SYP) should not face trial by media.'
Too right - they should stand trial by jury.
Thoughts are with all the families. #JFT97

True Jack, it was a whole 0.36 xG.
Frank in.
Bellissimo Daniel! Enjoy the game, Udine and the espressos.
Fantastic, thanks for putting this up. I would certainly have bought this at the time as I did every week. 3rd March was the date of my tenth birthday and also the day Tottenham won the League Cup by beating Norwich 1-0 at Wembley.
The shirt I would choose, if available and money was no object, would be Danny Blanchflower’s from the Double clinching 1961 FA Cup Final. The captain’s shirt from the greatest day in the history of our wonderful club (even if Bill Nicholson was not happy with the performance that day).
But she hasn’t single handily ended six wars.
Sounds like some lines from the ‘Twelve days of Tottenham.’ Nice article on Levy’s departure in @wsc.co.uk BTW Adam.
The Levy legacy. What might have been. Flawed. Not straightforward. Contradictory. And perhaps the epitome of a modern chair that will resonate with supporters of may clubs.

I wonder if this means that any major investment, and certainly a sale, are much less likely in the foreseeable future?
Congratulations Alan!
A really lovely article Will.
What a test match, what a series.
We were in phase 1, logged on as soon as the window opened and grabbed what were literally the only pair of seats together in the South Stand. Apparently renewal rate was very high.
What a night seeing Bruce Springsteen at Anfield. Oh, and Paul McCartney joined for a couple of songs including ‘Can’t Buy Me Love.’ Just brilliant.
Watching Hammersmith ‘75 on BBC2, what a treat. Hard to believe Bruce thought he had flopped that night. Cannot wait until Anfield next week.
Europa League trophy.
Just look at each and every one of their faces.
Simply wonderful 🤍
