If someone starts a sentence with "I believe" to make a point about a scientific topic, that person most likely does not understand the science or ignores the science.
Unfortunately, you may be right.
While I am ok with people taking their own risks, such as drinking raw milk, people should be fully aware of those risks. While more studies are certainly needed, the risks described in this article greatly outweigh one man's greed. This is why FDA exists, since companies cannot self regulate.
