its only dependent on the timing of the last heavy button. if the opponent spins it mean you pressed it too early.

to cancel it with homing, special, etc you’ll wanna input that command immediately after inputing the just frame. dont wait till you see if you got the just frame or it’ll be too late

The coolest thing about Super DBZ is they got ChiChi as a playable character. She has a pretty unique move-set.

Super DBZ is one of those arcade DBZ games that would never get localized today, but since it came around 2005ish when Atari games was localizing everything Dragon Ball we got it. I'm forever grateful for that because it kicks ass.
