Please submit a comment on the Federal Register. You have until May 19. This would backtrack case law, represent an agency overruling the US Supreme Court, and would be incredibly damaging to biodiversity.

I turned 18 just 3 months before the 1976 Presidential election. I felt proud to have had the opportunity to vote for Jimmy Carter. And have been grateful ever since that he was elected and became our nations greatest post-presidency statesman, IMHO.
