A table listing total operations, number of qubits, and Toffoli-gate count for Google's low-gate and low-qubit implementations, and Trail of Bits' implementation. The Trail of Bits implementation beats Google's on every metric.

Two weeks ago, Google published a paper proving in zero-knowledge that they had an efficient implementation of Shor's algorithm.

Today, Trail of Bits can prove that we have an even better implementation which beats Google's on all metrics! 🫢

One of the reasons why we’re having so many problems over the past decade is because we’re still living from the colossal economic shock of Brexit, which is causing more permanent damage than this energy price shock is likely to do. Jim O'Neill, Baron O'Neill of Gatley, the English economist best known for coining the term BRIC, has named Brexit as a 'colossal economic shock', and the reduce in productivity has been 'exaggerated by our rather odd decision to leave the EU.'

In a blatant act of provocation yesterday, Sadiq Khan allowed Christians to perform the Passion of Jesus in Trafalgar Square - a disgraceful show of dominance by a religion from the middle east.

I have a Reviewer 2 joke but apparently it represents only an incremental advance on previous jokes, and so has been rejected.

Do not have time limited peer review, i.e. scrap the conference publication model. Longer papers require longer reviewing.

About page limits. Why do CS conferences have them? If you look at the length of papers posted to eprint.iacr.org, 96% of them are at most 75 pages. Seems like we should just publish them instead of jumping through hoops to fit the old world of paper.
