Probably the first time since Buttons’ Gamezone that I’d want something like this to be a show I’d pay my time to watch.

Between the cultural diversity and magical girl vibes plus fun vibes, this short has it all for itself, and I’d not want it any other way.

I was bored and wanted to draw an older Otto Osworth of Time Squad plus his mentor Larry 3000 (now upgraded as Larry 4000) to grasp a more action-adventure vibe out of the two akin to Danny Phantom or MLAATR. Loved how it turned out.

In light of Superman day, I think it's safe to say it's been actually a good time to be a Supes fan, seeing things that aren't mired in misery or obsessed with making him evil.

This art is a nod to the 30th anniversary of the airing of The Simpsons episode “22 Short Films About Springfield,” which features the famous "Steamed Hams" dinner segment with Principal Skinner and Superintendent Chalmers. The art is also directly based on a scene from the Sailor Moon anime that shows Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury looking at a picture of herself about to eat a hamburger.

Ah, finally another better short for me to cherish. Despite the kind of corny and cheesy vibes from this short, I felt entertained by its vibes and what it stood for itself through and through.

Would love to see more of this in the next few shorts.

Harmony in Despair: ⭐️⭐️1/2

Regardless of the hefty amount of baggage its creator has and because of its bland protagonist, Harmony in Despair ends up a subpar experience for me that makes me cherish Animaniacs (both the OG & 2020 revival), Uncle Grandpa, and Wander Over Yonder all the more.

We need to save Bob McKnight’s work.

I think some motherfuckers need to understand people can enjoy mediocre or even bad things and them enjoying those things doesn't mean they don't see the faults.

People can like flawed shit knowing it's bad just because "it scratches that itch" or "is fun regardless".

It's okay, man.

Just a reminder: Dickman has a long history of being abusive to women and never faced any real consequences for it. This is one short that can probably do without support.

Wii Hunt for Eggs - Against a mockup of the Wii Menu home screen background, Annalogue (OC) holds up an Easter Egg in her right hand. It seems to be illustrated after a particular female Mii. Annalogue is, per tradition, in her staple bunny suit and transparent cloak; as seen in previous Easter/bunny-themed art. In the foreground, a Wii Remote can be seen controlling a "Player 1" Wii cursor, which is hovering close to the Easter Egg. It is worth noting Annalogue's bunny ears are this time of a black color and are in an odd horizontal shape, unlike in previous art. Each ear also seems to have a row of three subtly glowing purple lights to them...not unlike a Wii Sensor Bar when captured in photography/film.
