Unfortunately this was me when I first got into the musical. I ended up donating the book because I just couldn’t finish it.

It’s so important to find the balance between being informed and taking care of yourself. Knowing too much can make you feel hopeless but when you have the space to process it all then you can see a way forward. You realize there is hope and light for you hidden deep inside the darkness.
