twitter is mentally draining and scrolling through it only makes us scared of where we live.
on bluesky its hard to get engagement on the same level as twitter but we'd rather have a niche and a following that actually likes what we make instead of all eyes on us at the cost of our mental health

Even having them drawn or modeled, if they're tied to a story you've got to have enough of 'em done to tell said story.

My method to still post but not spoil is take designs that aren't too important and have them be their own thing not tied to anything. They can have stories, but individual only

No need to feel guilt about changing up the established design, character designs are ever-changing. Besides, you're the artist, if people are coming for your character, you have every right to draw them how you want in the moment.

It also helps that every update to your character has been peak

bwahh I hate being indecisive but I think I may also slap a different eye color on, I'm a sucker for heterochromia and this feels nice, but I always feel bad about design changes after already having a not insignificant amount of art with an older design

(also thinking of adding aviator glasses)
