It's happening because a freedom-loving nation does not allow masked, militarized government agents to violate our civil liberties.
The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

Trump shouting “Quiet, piggy!” at a reporter is gross and very much on brand, but it's problematic to me that I’ve seen more reporters tweet about that than Trump saying he has no idea who the hell he's pardoning. They just ignored one of the biggest stories in the countr. Drives me insane.
