This is nothing new – many everyday computer applications that run things like Bank ATMs are running on code snippets that have been copy pasted piecemeal as bug fixes from stack overflow to the point where the whole thing is a Frankenstein's monster.
So I suppose I am allowed to say things like "you're not going out of here looking like that, are you?" And "those biscuits are for the visitors!"
