Insight orientation is the central mechanism behind mental health benefits.
The intervention group saw greater improvements in mental health literacy and insight orientation.

Student mental health is critical. Our new preprint (osf.io/preprints/ps...) shows how to strengthen it. We evaluated the effectiveness of the teaching module “Strengthening Mental Health Together”. The aim? Boost mental health literacy, insight orientation, study crafting and coping.
