A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily.

But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos.

Pure incompetence.

Republicans blocked TSA funding every single time.

A normal Congress would simply pass the bill, have the President veto it, and then override the veto

Senate Democrats tried seven times to pass standalone funding bills specifically for TSA pay and operations during the partial DHS shutdown. Republicans blocked each attempt.
