Had wrist issues early in my career. Using the Advantage 2 for 8 years now and thinking that it saved my career.
Regardless of the keyboard: Thumb buttons will mess with your muscle memory. Every time I have to write on a regular keyboard it takes me several tries to get the shortcuts right 😅
