If you didn’t want California and Virginia wiping out Republican Congressional districts, you probably should have spoken up when Texas did, at Trump’s request.
Trump has a habit of starting fights without thinking through the consequences of it. This is just another example of it.
I would submit that a gerrymander by politicians saying fuck the voters and one by voters saying fuck the politicians are two wholly different animals

But “hardball in the service of democratic norms” seems to me to be the morally correct platform for Dems.
Counties don’t vote, people do. Your vote doesn’t matter more because you live in a more sparsely populated county.
