First job flashback! the Florentine with the ricotta cheese and spinach mix. I remember scooping that out of the white tubs. The Roma, Napoli and Milano were all made like in the commercial. I also remember those Teflon coated Iron Maiden spiked cooking inserts to help the pie cook faster.

just found out there was a medieval italian guy called bartolomeo coglioni which means "bartholomew balls" and his coat of arms was three pairs of balls and his war cry was "coglia! coglia! coglia!" which means "balls! balls! balls!"

I have been carving flower gardens out of this same plot of acreage for almost a decade now and have yet to experience a season behave the same way twice. Curious to see if the next decade continues to be creative.
